Rubicon Project and Inmobi Collaborate to Launch Mobile Native Ad Server

On March 4, 2015, global tech firm, Rubicon Project, launched its Mobile Native Ad Server. Rubicon’s new technology will empower app developers and premium publishers to boost revenues by offering in-house and direct sold native ad campaigns across all sales channels.

Rubicon’s Mobile Native Ad Server makes its entry along with the new OpenRTB 2.3 specification directed towards native ads. Dr. Neal Richter, Chief Scientist of Rubicon Project, co-authored the same. By leveraging this specification, sellers can programmatically provide native campaigns and reach consumers at a larger scale, with highly engaging brand content. Further, such content will be blended seamlessly with their in-app user experiences.

Joe Prusz, Head of Mobile, Rubicon Project, said, “We’re marrying the efficiency and targeting of automation with the engagement and performance of native formats - a win for buyers, sellers and consumers alike. Combined with our Orders platform for Guaranteed and Non-Guaranteed deals, we’re giving buyers the easy button for Mobile.”

Anne Frisbie, Vice President and General Manager, Global Alliances, InMobi, commented, “We are thrilled to be working with Rubicon Project to provide app developers around the world with a complete end-to-end supply-side solution for in-app native advertising. This will accelerate the adoption of native ads by premium publishers and thereby improve the consumer experience of mobile advertising overall.”

Rubicon Project’s mission is to automate advertising’s buying and selling aspects, by delivering innovative offerings to connect buyers and sellers across the globe.

Recognized by MIT Tech Review as one of the 50 most disruptive companies, InMobi is an extremely powerful mobile ad platform empowering publishers, developers, and brands to offer cutting-edge experiences to global mobile consumers.
