Ooyala’s Partnership with Tubemogul to Deliver High-End Programmatic Marketplace

Ooyala company Videoplaza, a prominent video advertiser and technology monetizer in Europe, has announced its alliance with TubeMogul, a competitive enterprise software provider for video advertising. The collaboration seeks to develop a top-notch programmatic marketplace catering to global broadcasters and brands. A combination of the TubeMogul platform with Videoplaza’s sales focused programmatic solution, Konnect, will allow the global players to utilize Videoplaza’s famed inventory of broadcasters, operators and state-of-the-art video publishers through the video advertising services of TubeMogul.

Finance new release quoted Maria Flores, VP, Programmatic Videoplaza on the partnership, “TubeMogul and Videoplaza are both leading the way for programmatic to become a reality in the new IP delivered TV world. TubeMogul has done a phenomenal job creating innovation in this space - their product suite and customer base are a testament to that - and we’re thrilled to integrate our services to accelerate efforts to bring mighty TV budgets to all digital screens.” Keith Eadie, CMO, TubeMogul added in the same release, “We are thrilled to integrate Videoplaza into TubeMogul’s software. Videoplaza is one of the largest premium video ad management platforms in the EU. This integration allows TubeMogul to expand the number of localized, high-quality publishers available to our clients.”

The release, referring to published reports, suggests that the programmatic spend for digital video advertisement is expected to treble in 2015 itself. The partnership hopes to leverage the inherent strengths of the partners to develop a reliable and secure marketplace where high quality content can be purchased.
