NewsConfirmit Establishes New SaaS Site for Australia and New Zealand

To cater to the mounting demand for quick and reliable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions in Australia and New Zealand, Confirmit has established a new SaaS environment in the region for Confirmit Horizons.

This new SaaS environment is hosted by Rackspace, which is a reliable partner of Confirmit, and is supported by Confirmit’s long standing reseller, Information Research Management (IRM).

Through this platform, which is located near Sydney, Confirmit aims to provide benefits to local customers in the following ways:

• Quicken the delivery speed of Confirmit’s Employee Engagement, Customer Experience, and Market Research solutions
• Effectively deploy mobile surveys and CATI interviews that are time-sensitive together with other research channels
• Cater to the growing need for in-country data storage in line with the increasing requirement of big institutions and governments to protect sensitive data of firms and customers, according to the Australian Privacy Act.
