LoyaltyExpress Announces CustomerManager 6.0

LoyaltyExpress, a leading provider of cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation solutions for banks and mortgage companies, announced the launch of the CustomerManager 6.0, an improved version of its CRM solution. The CustomerManager platform allows successful marketing automation from the inquiry stage to the pre-qualification stage, and also through the complete loan process, which includes multi-year retention programs for new customers.

This latest release further builds on Loyalty Express’ earlier integration with Ellie Mae’s Encompass® all-in-one mortgage management solution.

With the CustomerManager 6.0, marketing campaigns can be applied dynamically against each prospect’s loan status, along with timely circulation of trigger-based direct mail, emails or both.

Intelligent marketing that successfully delivers the right content at the correct time drastically enhances capture rates, and thus results in more successfully closed loans for the users of the platform. The process is personalized for each customer to create as many status update campaigns as desired. Partner-update communications are also integrated to keep up to four related parties in the loop about the loan status.
