GoDaddy Announces Launch of Email Marketing Initiative

GoDaddy has announced the release of a new email marketing offering designed for small businesses. GoDaddy Email Marketing, is integrated with the GoDaddy Website Builder and is the most recent inclusion in the company’s list of solutions which empower small businesses to grow and operate more efficiently, while ensuring a holistic journey for the customer. They can now use the service to gather email addresses of the visitors to their websites and use them to create simple but effective email marketing initiatives, and grow business.

The integration with GoDaddy Website Builder allows customers to login and use the applications together as it is offered from a single provider. Consumers can use a signup form on their websites to instantly collect email ids from visitors and can add and modify contacts from within the Website Builder interface. Contacts gathered are directly fed into the contact management feature and are ready for use for the small business owner to send newsletters.

While the GoDaddy Email Marketing service was introduced in March 2015, the initiative can be traced back to the acquisition of Mad Mimi in August 2014. The old team at Mad Mimi leveraged their experience in delivering high-end marketing solutions to small businesses and delivered the same expertise in the GoDaddy Email Marketing package.
