Accenture and Pegasystems’ Collaborative Solution Helps Insurers Enhance Multichannel Cross Selling

Accenture recently launched ‘Accenture Insurance Customer Insights Solution’, which is an integrated solution enabling insurers to access new distribution models, while also allowing them to seamlessly manage across diverse channels (inclusive of social media). The solution assists insurers in better management of the insurance policy lifecycle, and is available on premises or on the cloud.

The solution leverages Accenture Duck Creek Policy as the main policy administration platform, offering the necessary architecture to allow Pegasystems to merge its omni-channel, mobile distribution and digital capabilities via the Duck Creek Anywhere functionality.

This consolidated solution empowers insurers to streamline policy and product management, and also arrive at better underwriting decisions. In addition, it provides a comprehensive customer and product management view. It also implements predictive analytics to determine product recommendations and provides data-driven recommendations to users across various channels.
