Ryan Proudfoot, a Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product development and management will be the new VP, Product Management. He will lead the product teams and boost innovation in the company’s product line.

Jeff Thompson, Senior Vice President, Product Management, with nearly 20 years of experience in building innovative offerings for improving customer service delivery for Fortune 500 companies is the new Chief Technology Officer and SVP, Engineering. Thompson will drive LiveOps global software design and development initiatives. Both Proudfoot and Thompson will be based out of the Fredericton, New Brunswick office.
