NewsZoho Introduces Gamification for Sales Teams to Drive Results
Zoho, the leading comprehensive online collaboration and productivity suite, has launched an insight-driven solution, Zoho Motivator, to help sales teams maximize their performance. The new software, which operates in tandem with Zoho CRM, the company’s customer relationship management offering, marks Zoho’s arrival in the gamification arena. It utilizes scorecards, contests and leaderboards to let sales professionals enhance team engagement and maximize revenues.
Zoho chief evangelist Raju Vegesna said in a release, “Sales is about numbers, and driving desired behavior in salespeople is instrumental to achieve them. Sales teams often focus squarely on targets and neglect the practices that lets them achieve those targets. Zoho Motivator not only increases revenue by driving desired behavior and improving the sales process, but also makes sure salespeople have fun while they’re at it.”
Zoho Motivator is designed to encourage the right sales behavior and activities. Sales managers can use it to set custom targets, such as ensuring that weekly meetings take place as planned and client calls are made on time, for a complete focus on the entire sales process. Real-time scorecards ensure that better performers can be identified and paired with low performing members to drive productivity. Managers can also use customizable dashboards to track and analyze sales data on KPIs, like leads generated and potential created, to measure performance in real time. Deeper insights into metrics like Pipeline Stages and Pipeline Velocity, contests and leaderboards that motivate the sales team and an on-screen ticker for real-time updates are some other features that offer significant benefits to the customers.
Zoho is offering a five-user free plan for beginners, with fully-featured plans ranging from $60 per month for five users to $200 per month for 25 users, billed annually. Zoho Motivator is available immediately.
