LiveOps Announces New Corporate Headquarters at Cedar Park, Texas

LiveOps, the global leader in cloud contact center and customer service solutions, announced the opening of their new corporate headquarters in Cedar Park, Texas. This will replace the organization’s current Redwood City, California facility, where LiveOps’ platform business is based.

The company supports a whole range of industries and over 400 companies worldwide, including Symantec and Salesforce.com, trust LiveOps’ technology to facilitate effective multi-channel, social and mobile interactions with their customers.

LiveOps also plans to open a satellite office for the engineering and operations staff in Silicon Valley. Relocation will be complete by September.

Additionally, LiveOps will also maintain its Ohio and Arizona offices and its international offices in New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

All of the company’s 80 California-based employees have been offered positions at either the new 25,000 square foot Texas facility or at the new Silicon Valley satellite facility. LiveOps plans to hire 155 new employees in Texas over the next three years.
