Adduco Media Buys Spread Effect to Widen Internet Marketing Reach

Disruptive performance marketing agency, Adduco Media, has acquired content marketing agency Spread Effect.

San Diego-based Spread Effect works to establish meaningful relationships with publishers and writers to empower their clients to develop and distribute superior quality content for strategic online audiences.

Adduco Media, on the other hand, leverages its web portals to provide clients with customized performance marketing solutions. They are specialists in the generation of top quality leads in the technology, legal, as well as mortgage verticals.

This acquisition will act as a catalyst for Adduco Media’s growth and influence in the Internet marketing space, while also allowing them to broaden their enterprise and agency fulfillment offerings with immediate effect. In support of their objective of widening their reach in the Internet marking domain, Adduco Media also acquired Trafficado earlier this year.

Further to this acquisition, Chief Operating Officer of Adduco Media, Casey Zaugg, commented from their headquarters in Utah, “This acquisition will allow us to expand the reach of our internal web assets while supplementing our current agency fulfillment offerings. It has been a great year for Adduco Media. This acquisition is only a sign of more great things to come. We look forward to working with the Spread Effect team.”

CEO of Spread Effect, Ryan Sandberg, said, “We’re excited for the opportunities this partnership will present the Spread Effect team. Adduco Media is a fantastic company. I look forward to seeing what we’ll be able to accomplish together.”

Following the acquisition, both firms will capitalize on one another’s complementary offerings to achieve their respective growth and expansion goals. However, they will continue operating independently and remain stationed in their current locations.
